Pros
Pathfinder Information has a very fostering and supportive work environment. The team was highly professional, and provided great resources and information transparency to help me adjust. The management goes above and beyond in overseeing the success of their staff, and sets a strong precedent for everything from client service to work ethic and strategies. I gained valuable experience and insight working here, and would recommend anyone with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals to work here as well.
Cons
There is always work to be done and new projects to be taken on, but you have to be very self motivated and reach out to different people and resources to get them completed. There is no hand holding in the program, and you will only go as far as you strive to go.

Pathfinder Information is a fantastic company to work for! They culture here is exceptional. Managers are always extremely helpful and at addressing any questions we may have. The training is very thorough. Everyone works hard and plays hard! We have a great team of people who get the job done. We have weekly and monthly contests as incentives to achieve goals. As a bonus, the break room is always stocked with snacks and drinks!
Cons
If you don't want to do the work by putting in the time and the effort, this is not the place for you.
