      Great benefits but horrible management

      Pros

      Free diners and discounts at restaurants.

      Cons

      Zero communication from the top down. Restricted from advancing your career. High turn over. Illegal practices regarding time off. Every message is verbal, nothing on email or paper to prove otherwise. Cult like mandatory meetings.

      Pros

      My team was very friendly and collaborative, and colleagues were generally supportive of each other. My direct manager was understanding and approachable.

      Cons

      Power harassment appears to be a recurring issue in the organization, and several employees have left the company for this reason. Compensation is significantly below market standards. The company lacks clear processes and organizational structure, which often leads to confusion and inefficiencies in daily work.

      Pros

      The workplace is quiet and everyone is focused on their work. Good colleague. The systems are well organized, but they are quite slow and often have issues.

      Cons

      I worked at the Thailand office, and this review reflects my experience there. The KPIs are set very high compared to the salary, and the standards are inconsistent across employees. The competition is intense. The office is crowded, with many people but limited seating. It is very difficult to pass the probation period, and anyone who fails to meet the KPI may be terminated immediately,without notice. Job security is very low.
