Pros
The team is hard-working but also knows how to have a good time. The company mission involves solving a big problem for cities, so it is easy to be inspired and there is plenty to do. The upside for the company is really significant, and everybody is committed to making it happen. Management also encourages you to think outside the box and try new things, which helps the learning process.
Cons
Like most start-ups, and certainly tech start-ups, you have to put in a lot of hours here to make things happen. The take-home pay also tends to be below market, but that's because you're working towards a bigger payoff in the future.
