My colleagues where very helful. Although life at Parinati was a hell.
Cons
1)Development work done here is below average.. dey dont follw ne perticular standards. higher management ie the leads n PM dont hv indepth knowledge of technologys. 2)most of the lead dont take the responsibility of the projects. Dey put it all on freshers. Very bad attitude. 3) parinati is low cost it model.. lolz sasta mall jayada der tak nhi tekta. 4) its ture no salary hike. No docs :( 5) CEO is list bothered about cilents. What he wants is only money. 6) this company is only good for making some small stakick websites, i doubt evyn that client would be satisfied with your work.. where it comes to app development its zero.. 7) guys its a big NO to parinati solutions.
