Unethical practices and severe salary deductions

I don't see any pros in paraminfo

Cons

Very very bad no morals and unethical company. If employee goes to office by 5 mins delay paraminfo deducts half day salary. If employee takes leave on Friday and Monday paraminfo deducts 4 days salary includes Saturday and Sunday, they calls it Sandwich. After 10 years of employment they disagree to pay Gratuity also

Good Opportunity to shift from Indian subcontinent to work in the UAE

Cons

Worse pay. The company keeps around 40-50% margin. They will paint a rosy picture to get you to accept an offer for working in gov. or semi-gov agencies. However, once you actually earn and spend, you will realize it is not enough. The market pays much better.
