Cons
Salary on lower end. Couldn't think of another.
Pros
Working here has been a truly rewarding experience. The work culture is both collaborative and inclusive - you’re encouraged to bring ideas to the table, and your contributions are genuinely valued. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and invested. There’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful projects that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. Teamwork is at the core of everything we do, and the level of trust and support among teams is exceptional.
Cons
Like any fast-paced environment, things can move quickly and require adaptability, but that’s also part of what makes it exciting.
Pros
Supportive and collaborative team and leaders Welcoming culture Managers are approachable and open to feedback.
Cons
Sometimes challenging for those who prefer a slower or more structured pace Certain departments are lean, requiring multitasking
Pros
Nothing best only worst. Not recommend
Cons
Team leaders and management keeps personal grudges. If you've donw your best and completed your work then yout TL will ask you to login with their ID and complete their work as well. Then u will be given someone else's ID to do someones other's work. No privacy of your email IDs as they will ask you to login with random ID at any point of time. Blood suckers. Management needs to be very strict with team leaders as because they are just throwing you out if you denied to do someone else's work and they will just convey the stupid reason that you did not clear your training. Pathetic management. I was told that there will be 15 days of training and on 17th day they said that I can no longer continue as I did clear my training. Just because I asked my team leader that why should I loggin with someone else's ID and do the work wich I'm not suppose to do. Be carefull before joining.
