      If your entry level get your 1 year experience and leave to Cardinal or another company that pays

      Pros

      -Cardinal benefits; healthcare, 401K, 23 days PTO, 8 federal holidays -big company, opportunity to scale out of ParMed and to Cardinal roles

      Cons

      - everything about ParMed as a subsidiary Weak leaders, weak supervisors, favoritism or some form of unequal gifting of accounts for whatever reason to certain reps, corporate responses that sound scripted to legitimate concerns. They lose 90% of new hires within before reaching 1.5 year mark. Long story short, get your 1 year of experience and keep it trucking, I have no idea what the goal is with these geniuses
