      Pros

      This is a good place to work. They’re very thorough. They wanna make sure that you’re safe and you’re doing safety practices doing their job also to keep you safe and the public safe. I’ve been now six months in and I still like what I see they’re very patient and kind And they want you to succeed to be the best. as in any place that you work, people will get comfortable too comfortable and then they lose what they have so have integrity and do the right thing.

      Cons

      The pay is OK for what I do. I can’t complain. It’s a start and at least they give you that opportunity to work at a trucking company. They do put a lot of value in you in your training and the money that they spend.

      Pros

      Always fair when making decisions and they own up to their mistakes. They treat you like a human, not a number. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of older, experienced drivers here that are planning to retire from here. Company policy is to get you home when they say they will, even if the load falls through

      Cons

      Equipment could be better for some accounts. They will fix mechanical issues right away but probably not cosmetic issues unless you make a stink. Communication about could be better.
