Pros
Started out good, with good team, but over time alot of movement in roles etc which created stress onto other members of the teams to pick up the slack. Social is good as long as you're able to physically attend and join in.
Cons
Have a focus on Diversity and Inclusion but if you have a physical disablity, don't expect it to be easy to have reasonable adjustments made (desks all upstairs or demanding you to be in the office even if not physically possible). Mixed messages from senior management over hiring freezes. Also found that personal information can be used against you when challenging management styles.
