1. Amazing network, 2. Great intellectual property to work with, 3. Clear vision and precise strategy, 4. The executive director is tactics ogre, 5. Delicious food for the team, 6. Free health insurance, 7. A lot of freebies for the team, including free premiere night movie tickets, entertainment products, clothes and apparel.
Cons
1. Endless grind beyond reason, 2. The pressure from the shareholders is real, 3. Low salary by Manhattan’s standard, 4. No pay for overtime, 5. Do or die philosophy, 6. The team is extremely hostile, 7. Mass hysteria and paranoia prior to every launch.
