Pac Rim has amazing company culture. When I tell stories about work people often bring up how they wish their company had a fun family like culture like Pac Rim does. There are many company events that allow employees to feel like family. Construction is a tough industry, but having a company that has your back makes it more rewarding than defeating.
Pac Rim is also very good about promoting professional development. We have regular performance reviews that emphasize support from higher ups and provide constructive feedback.
All in all, a great company if you want to be in construction management.
Cons
The only cons I can think of for pac rim I feel have more to do with the construction industry than with the company itself. The early mornings, long days, stressful environment, male dominated field are all a part of the construction industry and are just a part of the job.
