      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

      -Good experience in the industry

      Cons

      -Bad history of people quitting/getting laid off -Unorganized (unclear instructions) and stressful environment -Manager has an attitude problem which made it very difficult to work with -Communication was terrible / questions were not encouraged -Lack of mentorship -Manager makes you feel incompetent by adding constant stress and demanding tasks with ridiculous deadlines to "better" you as an employee. It can be very unnerving and unmotivating to go to work.

      NO REAL DIRECTION! Horrible place to work "STAY away"

      Pros

      This company has to be the absolute worst place I ever worked very poor management. The upper management is lack of vision. Very unorganized, sometimes it seemed like management had no idea what they were doing. Every project is last minute with no real sense of priority.

      Dealing with horrible the management and work environment are, employees are not appreciated, overworked There's always something wrong. Benefits are not the greatest..have nothing nice to say

      Zero Tolerance for Learning Curve

      Always plenty of free snacks on hand

      There is “zero tolerance for learning curve” here. You are expected to “hit-the-ground-running”. If your hired to replace a former employee, then you are expected to work just like the former employee’s performance and better. They tell you feel free to ask questions but if you do then you get judged by management. Be careful what you ask and how you ask it.
