8yThank you for your review. We are disappointed that you didn’t think management cares about our employees and would like to communicate privately with you regarding your concerns. Unfortunately as you are a former employee, we can’t make changes for you, but we are always looking for ways to improve the environment for our employees. Our employees are our greatest asset and we do genuinely care about them. We hold monthly roundtables to encourage open dialog with employees to share their concerns and ideas. We will pay close attention to anything that gives the impression that we don’t care about our employees and make adjustments as necessary.
