Too many patients to treat with little support staff

Some representatives are allowed to work from home, others are not. The work is boring and mundane. Zero advancement opportunities and there is zero employee appreciation. The branch manager is too young and it's obvious she has no idea how to manage people, or communicate to her team. The training is not thorough and the manager throws an attitude whenever she is interrupted. The manager is known to vape in her office, without regards to anyone else who may be in the office.
