      Management at PTS was often incompetent when dealing with HR issues.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is tolerable and every once in awhile there would be a surprise perk or bonus. The majority of people who worked/work there were fun to work with. Medical benefits were great.

      Cons

      Lots of attrition. Owner didn't quite understand importance of morale and is not a people person. HR or the lack thereof attributed to quite a bit of conflict. ICs were rarely paid on time.

      Pros

      Great company with great benefits, car, phone, decent healthcare and competitive pay. One of the best companies you could ask to work for as far as how they treat employees

      No cons just a great conoany
