departments are like cliques. Be very wary if you have a nervous disposition, or if you have a quirky personality or some for a tick as there are staff members that will accuse you of acting strange and weird with no cause for concern or asking you personally. Accusations without a thought about wellbeing, People often took what you said and relayed back to other people but with mis information. More over its the culture of some of the staff that make PSL not a great place to work. Without naming names and elderly lady (northern not southern) from the training team seemed to have a bad attitude towards some male staff. Also apparently you aren't allowed to ask too many questions whilst still learning the role as this seems to impact other staff from being able to do their jobs too.
