12hrs-14hrs shift on certain days then 5-6 hours shift on other days Some staff received 10hours for 7 days straight and that's how short they are of staff. They'll try to use the 44 hrs a week to silence you. Managers are horrible here, just because your opinion is different from them they'll just call you an idoit in front of all the staffa and the HR only fanned the flames to made it worse :) The HR claimed it's casual restaurant but then the senior service staff told me otherwise. Might want to rethink before you sign the contract. The hidden things under you sign the contract includes buying of a branded $70 shoe and it MUST be Vans.

Tired, not enough rest, no time for breaktime, still wn to cut off benefits and force to sign on letter to agree reducing the benefits. Management always stay top and asked to hits target yet only given peanuts after hits the sales target. Threatened will cut salary 10% but restaurants sales always full house and good business. Management always wn us feel blessing that they haven’t retrench anyone but in fact they losing of manpower because their salary package lose to other f&b. Not recommended to work here.
