Pros

small company with tons of potential. pride from being involved with a company known to be the best in it's industry. great work mates. ability to give feedback and be involved in many decisions that affect the entire company. paid time to exercise, insurance, lunch food and drinks free of charge and much more. hard working and dedicated management.

Cons

company struggled through the recession and is fighting to grow again. inside sales staff was released which caused some bad feelings.

Very relaxed atmosphere, reasonable vacation times, flexible with hours and time off, travel to conventions, sports company that allows you to purchase custom uniforms for personal use.

Cons

Small company where those in executive positions do not take suggestions from others or show that employees matter to the company. Attitude is if you don't like it, find a different place to work. Executives play Xbox game Halo 15 - 20 hours a week during business hours. Make unwise business decisions to fulfill personal desires. Very poor benefits.

Pros

The best place I have ever worked. Amazing atmosphere and culture. Everyone was extremely friendly and I made friends fast. Flexible with school/taking care of things outside of work. Everyone knows eachother well and everyone is always included. Upper management recognizes hard work and it pays off for you. Great place to work.

Cons

Office opens at 9. Would be nice to come in earlier and get done faster.
