Pros
Some nice colleagues and a decent workplace.
Cons
Insane workload. Some difficult, rude and really unhelpful staff who can make life very difficult. Poor practices are totally embedded so either you learn to live with them or quickly look elsewhere. Extremely high staff attrition - says it all - no-one speaks well of the company.

Pros
Training in first 2 weeks gave you a false sense of security, all lies, no support after this period.
Cons
After training you are left without any support, micromanagement ++, working all hours to complete reports but only paid for 8 hours a day. Worst job I have ever had. Do not believe their false promises in training or at the interview. 99% of PIP assessors leave in the first 6 months...
