Pros
Products are good despite the high price point but they do work. Most of the colleagues are down to earth and helpful. The team I was in worked rlly well together, my manager knew what she was doing and also very hands-on to provide help when needed.
Cons
Office politics - despite the small company size, people still like to gossip for no apparent reason. There isn’t even any career progression or benefits here, so I have no idea what’s the purpose in creating drama when it brings you literally nowhere. Also thinks that the mgmt is indirectly contributing to the politics because favoritism is strong. If u are in the good side of the mgmt, everything will be forgiven even when you are doing a bad job. Mgmt thinks everyone is easily replaceable and don’t see the value of having good employees. Have never been in a company that cuts people this easily. As long as they think you are not doing your job good enough, you will probably be fired within months. Being an employee here is just to be a slave to the mgmt. They don’t appreciate your hard work and thinks it’s a given despite bringing in sales and showing results. Instead they will nitpick on your mistakes rather than providing constructive feedbacks to improve in future. Zero benefits and any proposal to improve them will just seen as additional costs. There is no career progression, no benefits and the mgmt will not appreciate you despite your hard work.
