Solid company to grow oneself, but lack of leadership/management

Pros
- High flexibility (working remote) - Good atmosphere among the colleagues -> one helps another - Leadership seminar among the team leaders and above is a great confession by the company
Cons
- There's a lack of clear leadership/management by the top management -> what is the clear vision of the company? - Meetings aren't well prepared (no agenda, no minutes) - It takes very long until decisions are taken (if it's the case anyhow)
