      Great environment turned toxic with poor management

      Pros

      Pros are tough, because it was awesome until it wasn't. Management really went into the toilet with their control and pettiness. I would not work here now.

      Cons

      They delayed bonuses, and screwed up paying them out. They cancelled pay raises. The HR department pushes DEI even through they are all white women. They created discussion groups with disturbing leaders for each.

      Pros

      encourages work/life balance, management open to ideas and input from everyone, management works with you to help you succeed, majority of staff is experienced in the industry

      Cons

      a bit behind the times with things like the way time off is configured, holidays schedule, and work from home policy.

      Leadership issues overshadow average benefits and hours

      Pros

      Health Benefits are normal. 401k is decent. hours are normal.

      Cons

      Leadership has crashed hard. The "new" CEO always talks about things, and says that "we're going to be the #1 company, or if we get some number, we'll have a great Holiday party. and nothing. the new SALES CSO is a terrible leader, very two faced and unapproachable. Whatever CEO did to prior CSO, it was bad. CSO dragged very happy folks back to the office. Then they cut the pay raises for the year. Bonuses were late. Bonuses were processed improperly. Still pushing DEI and remote work is nil. HR (except for payroll) is a useless group. Millennial mentality.
