I will just tell if you don't want to spoil your career , don't want to waste your days in life which are most important then "Don't join such bad company" -- Bad work culture -- Non sense mangers -- Worst management -- Master slave like behaviour -- Non sympathetic higher lever management -- Egoistic Human resource team -- No career growth -- No salary hike / or much less that you will ashamed of your salary hike -- Non supportive environment -- Direct laying out of employees without care of their families even I seen who spend whole life there and going to retire in few years -- No job security -- No free / continuous pressurized work environment -- No extra curricular activities / holy festivals / no any celebrations / parties Finally your life will like hell All its reality not fiction, but choice is your.
