      Being fully remote with a flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Liberal values enforced militantly (you cant use the word spooky, even if it’s Halloween) - Leadership is more concerned with you not hating them than running company - Disorganization. The information you’re looking for has to be pieced together from 6 different documents found in 4 different programs.

      Work flexibility, transparent practices, and fully remote work.

      Cons

      Communication from leadership is unclear. Complex organizational structure that leads to ineffective decision making. Top of the organizational structure does not have technical experience so their decision often have unexpected consequences.
