Pros

Can't think of any. I would give a zero if I could.

Cons

Owner pays poorly! Salary based on 45 hours a week but he works you 55 hours or more. Won't give you a raise unless you get certifications even if you have 10+ years experience. But you have zero time to get certified because that's not billable. High employee turnover rate. I was there my first two months and every other employee quit, making me the senior tech. Worked there 2 miserable years and my Christmas bonus was a pink slip. He brings in unpaid interns but bills customers for advanced tech work and teaches them nothing. Run from this place! After getting fired with no explanation I went and got a job with twice the salary based on 40 hours a week. I sound like a disgruntled former employee because I am! Most of their customers requested me by name and I was very dedicated working many more hours than I was paid for. My reward was no raise for two years and getting fired for Christmas.

Pros

Many different things to learn. Many great coworkers.

Cons

Pay can be very low, especially for experienced people. If they say you can work at home part or all of the time GET IT IN WRITING IMO extremely micromanaged with a large number of managers per employee who do not strike me as having much idea what they are doing or any vision for the future. They were very concerned about start times and keeping close track of when people missed work but expected large amounts of (free) work at home, on weekends, after "quitting time", etc. Turnover is extremely high. They have employee pictures on the website. Check it once a week and see if it changes. If you interview there, ask how many of them have been there two years or more and how many total employees they have had during that time. Also ask them how their bonuses work, and how much per employee they have actually paid out in the past 12 months. Ask them how many hours a week you are expected to work and if you are compensated for those hours
