In the past there were amazing experienced colleagues. learnt and shared a lot. Work from home culture.

New inexperienced guys taking over and managing the team as if they are super star Micro management Typical Indian environment and lots of politics, do what boss say and work work work, deliver deliver deliver or get fired due to performance rates by some inexperienced individual

Makework by management team as leadership direction frequently changes Reorgs happen every 6 months with little rational. 3 months later when teams are not working in a coordinated way (because was not provided clear direction on what changed and expectations what outcomes are wanted by the reorg ), the solution is another reorg? Optics matters Teams are overworked Underpaid and under appreciated
