unprofessional, lazy and childish management, favoritism towards a specific group of people, management will bully you in front of other people, staff in general lacks basic communication skills and nobody gets along, unsafe and toxic work climate. Need I say more? This place sucks. Do not work here.

New plant so you have open positions to move into. some good people there but they are being pulled down by the bad apples.
Cons
Cannot keep good workers. Employees are rude, fake the quality data, remove guards from the machines, call in sick all the time. It is a slowly sinking ship. People have their food stolen from the refrigerators. They are having to alarm all the doors and install more and more security cameras to catch what is going on.
