- Commutable location. - Nice members of the team. - Facilities like a tuck shop were provided, which was nice.

Cons

- Pay isn't competitive. - Poor communication from management, little to no feedback given. - Hybrid working was stated in the job spec; however, I wasn't given the option to do so once started. - Numerous layoffs with staff, felt uneasy working for, unsure if you were next.

Working at Oxbridge is great. I've always had a thing for teaching, and finding myself here feels like hitting the jackpot. Even though most of us work remotely, we stay connected and support each other. At Oxbridge, we're encouraged to go above and beyond to support our students. Our students are engaged, and they consistently achieve impressive grades. It's a testament to the dedication and effort put in by both staff and students, and its great to get feedback from these students. Oxbridge ensures that every member feels valued, there are always invites and they are very welcoming. If you are here because you are considering working with Oxbridge then i would recommend. If you're passionate about teaching and looking for a supportive environment where you can thrive, I highly recommend considering Oxbridge. It's not just a job; it's a community dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students and educators alike.
