My role has changed a few times in the organisation in my time there, they are willing to let you try something new and support you. The majority of us have worked their way up through the business over time here. Opinions and views can be voiced and are listened to, we do have a say. Training has now become a priority and the majority of us have taken on different learning paths offered to us.

Great company, everyone has been so welcoming, real family feel to the place. Onboarding was great with the team, free parking, great benefits. The company is really focused on providing training for staff and this is from day one! Travel from Belfast isn't as bad as I thought as its the opposite direction of the traffic.
