Pros

As there's a lot of turnover, opportunities arise for junior employees. Great place to build resume and leave.

Cons

Poor compensation, no HR in building, a lot of turnover which equated in 4 managers in <4yrs, extreme office politics, low morale among employees at every level.

it was a good place to work for awhile. current management style is micromanage all aspects of the business Fascinating Industry Good co-workers Good products great customers
