It was exciting to work for a start-up company that told me that I was skillful for business purpose. I became close to my colleagues there including management.

Cons

It became clear to me that one side of the company doesn't talk to the other, and layoffs were immediate. It became clear that they lacked experience in running a business, spent money before they realized they were burning too much cash.
