      Pros

      There are no pros except the poor residents that live there.

      Cons

      Everything. Micromanagement. Uneducated managers. Overall, no one really knows how to run this place. They just pawn off everything onto someone else. The establishment is all about profit. You’re only a number and a face if you’re lucky.
