Not very flexible with working hours. Heavy micromanagement practices, though i believe this was only in my team.

Sacking cycle

Enough parking for 2 spaces for each staff member with how many staff have gone.

Cons

Back to a big sacking cycle after culling staff in 2022. Key staff have gone and OrderWise is back to complete chaos with badly trained management leading the way.
