Pros

Great team of people, you can make lifelong friendships here. Good benefits Company games and events

Cons

-Horrible pay -Management is all connected personally to the CEO, even when they're not qualified -A little too much work drama. -Entire Customer Success Department is a revolving door -Services are no longer good because they've chosen quantity over quality.

Pros

Talented, friendly team. Ordereze provided support when needed, and is open to hiring people with very little experience. This provides a very good entry point for anyone who is interested in jumpstarting a career in Saas. Small company, so you felt heard. Ordereze also made it a point to continue trying to innovate and expand its products. Jim clearly cared a great deal about his employees and believed in the products.

Cons

Pay may have been somewhat competitive years ago, but be prepared to be paid well below the industry standard. Customer Success is different than Customer Service, and I believe Ordereze was not aware of the distinction between the two. Leadership in general was shaky at best. This is likely a result of nepotism, as most of the people in charge had some kind of outside connection with the family which is what landed them their roles in the first place. Leadership played favorites, kept secrets, denied wrongdoings, etc. The team was treated like children. With the changing competitive landscape and not-so-great management, Ordereze struggled and ultimately sold the company to a competitor.
