There’s a lot of energy around innovation, growth, and trying new things, which keeps the work interesting. Leadership gives teams room to move fast and make decisions, instead of getting stuck in layers of bureaucracy. If you like being challenged and want to have a real impact on the direction of the company, it’s a great environment. There are also a lot of smart, passionate people who are willing to lean in and help each other when things get tough.

Cons

The pace can definitely be intense at times, and priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves. Because the company is growing and changing fast, it can sometimes feel like teams are being asked to do a lot with limited time or resources.
