      With so few employees you'll get to wear many different hats. Great for learning a wide variety of skills but gets old fast when you're the only one people can turn to.

      Upper management has no interest in understanding the technology and its applications. They're quick to promote the "yes" men and leaving the ones doing hard work behind

      Actual employees on the floor are pretty cool most of the time

      My time at this company was absolute nightmare. The CEO and upper management are the main reason so many employees leave. Good people keep moving on, and their work gets passed to the people who stay. That means employees end up doing more jobs with the same amount of support. As the workload grows, morale starts to drop. People work hard, but that effort often goes unnoticed. Over time, employees stop believing things will improve. More people leave, the workload grows again, and the cycle keeps repeating. Stay away from Optemec!
