* Job security is terrible * Compensation is worst * No Bonus, No 13 month salary * Only 12 annual leaves * Medical cover is terrible, have to pay $10 copay for every claim. * Full time employment does not mean anything here, literary it's "Temporary Employment", as soon as client terminate the contract your job is gone from Optimum as well. you only get exact 1 month notice. * Even you're labelled as Optimum full time employee, you get nothing from Optimum, Not even an email ID. It's just a shell company and you'll receive everything from client company only. But service letter you receive as you worked Optimum in house, nothing mentioned about client or any project details you worked on.
