Pros
OptimalResume is truly a wonderful place to work. At first glance (at first Google?) OptimalResume appears to be a company that has a myriad of full-time employees, but in reality all of this work gets accomplished by a small and close knit team of hardworking professionals. In my time with OptimalResume I got solid account management, inside sales, and content development experience, and was fortunate enough to be nurtured and trained throughout. OptimalResume consists of a small team of no-nonsense, dedicated career service professionals who see a vision, plan, and execute to get the job done. I felt like I was part of a family and I'll always appreciate my time with them. This is a team of individuals that trusts and gives the space needed to get the job done - they will NOT hover over your shoulder and I enjoyed that.

I did not enjoy being managed and trained remotely.
