Pros
Colleagues are a nice bunch but constantly belittled and micro-managed by senior management. Have been here for two years and now looking for a better employer in the Cambridge tech industry.
Cons
Not in Cambridge but miles out of the city. Toxic culture of micro-management. Senior management only interested in fattening up the company for their own benefit and for their investors.

Pros
Very friendly and welcoming culture. Morning coffees, encouraged by senior management, helped a lot with team cohesion. Great work being done, with real world impact. Senior/management very inclusive in all aspects/stages of work, open to ideas and always available to chat.
