* You are making a better world * Data is the new oil. Open data is sharing this with all society, so everyone can benefit. * The OKI was one of the main drivers behind this change. * Amazing colleagues coming from all paths of life * In an usual workday, I'd interact with people from and living in 3 continents. * Even though most people come from Europe, there still is an amazing diversity. * Great salary, especially considering this is a non-profit * Flexible hours and 100% remote * Great brand name * The Open Knowledge was one of the main starters of the Open Data movement. People know and appreciate what they've done. * The entire team gets together 2 or 3 times per year somewhere to hang out and plan

* Flexible hours and 100% remote * You NEED to manage yourself. * Work is a huge part of your social life. If you're working 100% remotely, you need to go out of your way and fill this void with something else. * Management can be a bit hectic
