Pros
OneCause is the best company I've ever worked for. We get to work with non-profits who use our technology to raise more money to do more good in the world. That gives such a huge sense of satisfaction for everyone in the company, regardless of their role. Leadership at OneCause is awesome. Every person, regardless of "level", is not only approachable, but welcomes the conversation and opportunity to speak with each employee. Everyone very much cares for each other and there is a great sense of community and belonging.
Cons
None really. Suppose if I had to pick something it'd be that we need a bigger office because we are growing so fast. Pretty classy problem to have and easily solvable.
