      Pros

      I've been with One82 for about a year and a half. This is probably the best group of professionals with whom I've worked. Leading edge technology, strong security focus, strong focus on work-life balance, approachable senior management.

      Sometimes it gets a little busy here :)

      Pros

      Great work place - everyone in the office gets along well. We're a tight knit group and we spend a lot of time together so it's nice to be able to laugh with your co workers while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. Another pro about One82 is that management is always available and always willing to help. With the CEO/President and management being available as well approachable the entire team is able to perform our jobs successfully.

      Cons

      I feel that with anything IT related a con would have to be the potential long hours. What's nice is that everyone is responsible for themselves and are willing to help one another out.
