I think being an SME, some decision can be hard to comprehend but not extreme

Hiring all from referral and the standard is low( no former sales experience , cant speak English at all ) the management just take all his friends in to make himself be the king in company, everyone need to suck up if not, he will target you and pick on you every minute. No proper finanace and hr person, you need to keep an eye on all your invoice and payout. They dont know how to calculate the salary ( holiday pay, final payment etc) Rigid environment-you cant go buy coffee during working hour (starbucks is just downstair!), you need to join company lunch everyday or else will see you as NO TEAMWORK, need to come before 9:30am everyday or else u need to be punished and cant leave company before 7:30 , leave on time will be regarded as no teamwork also, even your sales is better than the others. So many stupid rules and not consistent. At most of the time 5 out of 20 staff in the office are sick because of the slavery system, employee dont get enough rest. and when management tried to avoid ppl from getting SL( need to call supervisor before 8, send message to company group before 8 etc) ask you what is your sickness , scold you until you agree to go back to office after seeing doc. All the stakeholders, management from Gravitas, they just get all the information they need from their former boss, but when it comes to business, just a group of overpromoted untrained boss, can never be a leader. The management always scold someone in the office loudly and you cant concentrate at work. No proper sales training will be given , if you not doing good , will be scolded during the meetings.
