Pros
I have been employed at OnPoint for a number of years now and have almost entirely good things to say. I truly have felt cared for, heard, and supported since I was brought onto the team. Management at OnPoint is carefully picked and for the most part, all managers I've worked with or known have been strong leaders and truly kind people. I will say that the health of OnPoint's team also depends upon new employees valuing the same integral things--drive, accountability, responsibility, desire for growth, integrity etc... and over the years, I have seen those who do not exhibit those qualities struggle in their positions. Ultimately, OnPoint takes care of its people, empowers employees to take care of our members, and is a great place to work. Benefits are good (I especially love and take advantage of tuition reimbursement as I'm finishing my degree) and work atmosphere is professional. I've loved my time at OP!
Cons
Salaries and pay are not public so employees sometimes make drastically more or less than others in the same position. In my time at OP this confusion about where I stand in comparison to the next employee is the thing I've disliked the most.
