You work in a depression filled warehouse with people who still think as if they’re still in high school. You’re severely overworked and underpaid. Unrealistic expectations are set if you want to work more than two days a week. If you can’t get another job, you better find another before you lose your mind.

The onboarding and Employed staff are there to help, train, and get you up and running quickly. Available coffee, Print as many Log sheets for your month, and grab as many ice packs needed for small cooler to transport refrigerated specimens.:) nurses bag specimens in clean bag to handle transfer. Plenty of masks if needed. Work as much as your dispatch will supply. Hence work/life balance is what you put into it....but no work no pay.
Cons
No knowledge upfront how much the run truly is. Software and old school principles, although trying to improve and keep the Costs down, yet as long as software works everything works fine, but paper printed commission sheets mailed to home; need to get with the times and PDF. Independent, save for taxes, new tires, new brakes, and new ride if yours breaks down.
