Pros
There are some really smart people working there, also the developers are a tight bunch, very nice to work with.
Cons
Tasked to work on VB6. Company uses an in house framework/dsl that takes ~10mins to build. Assemblies are dynamically loaded, you never know which version youre gonna get. Debugging is difficult (most breakpoints will not hit). Need to learn proprietary syntax (DSL) for DB development and for front end. Outdated frontend (Kendo UI). Zero docummentation, zero mentoring. Overtime (every day) is expected.
