Really unethical. The vice president of the company stated out loud that he would try to use his contact in the FDA to speed up product approval. On the surface, it is a diverse workplace. The vice president who is White said that's why we hire Asians because they are the smartest. It mainly works in favor of White and East Asian employees. It's not usually in favor of Black employees and of course, this is all behind closed doors. The employees do not report the company for violations. Omega is usually non-compliant with safety and building regulations. Inspections are mostly announced after all. This is their practices in the United States. I can't imagine what they don't disclose with the parent company which is actually located in mainland China. It seems that the vice president likes "networking" so he can be given leniency and special favors.
