      What a fantastic working environment

      Pros

      - Fun and super friendly working environment - Great location - Work life balance - Workload is lowwwwwwwwww, but prepare for ad hoc task and peak season is super busy - No OT - Managers are easy to work with except for one guy, be aware of this guy, he does not help or provide any support to the teammate, if you are on his team, I can only wish you good luck, but other managers or even the director are super super super nice.

      - there is no career growth - low pay - benefits are also lacking

      Pros

      Benefits are average but pay seems better than average. Hardly OT, but will be compensated if you do.

      Cons

      However the 8 hours you work, you are really working on calls, chats, emails at the same time. I recieved compensation for the amount of work I did. This is good and quite fair that they gove you bonus for more contribution
