      Pros

      Great flexibility, salaries are competitive for the region, and all the administrative members (HR, Finances, the CEO) are always accessible to hear feedback, and hear anything you have to say and how you feel in the company and working for the clients

      Cons

      The client's PMs, and POs don't provide much support to the team. No paid time off or vacations in this consultancy model... Missing them... :/

      Pros

      Professional environment with real opportunities to work on meaningful US-based projects. You are assigned to a client as a contractor and the company handles the relationship so you can focus on the technical work. The culture is friendly and respectful. Payroll is always on time — never had a single issue. They provide perks and paid US holidays. When your project wraps up, they make an effort to place you on a new one.

      Cons

      No vacation days as part of the benefits package. Also, since you work as a contractor assigned to client projects, there can be a gap between when one project ends and the next one starts — so there may be some downtime without income while they find the right match.
