A very cheap company. The worst company I've worked for. Do not consider joining!!!!!! 1. Company doesn't pay for Outlook, we just use Gmail web for work emails 2. Company wants to cut Microsoft license too, so maybe there is no Word Excel Powerpoint in 2025 3. Hot desk policy, each employee is just assigned with 1 locker and everyday we have to clear our desk, first come first served to get the desk every morning 4. Medical insurance coverage is very limited, only cover 80% with max HKD200 reimbursement. 5. There is Happy Hour every month, but scheduled after working hours 6. There are countless number of SOP, guidelines to follow, some of which are redundant and useless 7. Salary is lower than market rate 8. Highest positions staffs are all Japanese, everything is stubborn, lack flexibility 9. Managers are not experts in the area they do, they just worked in the company for many years and get to the grade, but their knowledge is very limited 10. Lots of meetings, which is very unnecessary 11. Lots of business travels, also very unnecessary
